Well crap I went yesterday to a Dia De Los Muerotos festival. Met a street artist that I took a unique pic of last year. Turns out he was really happy with the pic and was so glad I was there and really was great to talk to.... invited me back today so i set up a timelapse and it toasted my memory processing so All my pics that I have to process I am stuck not processing lol.

This is street / street art ..... Such Styles and his kid Champ Styles. Work like this goes for 5k as commission work. They are in museums and galleries. Submission shot.

After a day of paling around with them we took this shot of them with the cans shooting at me and me with the camera shooting at them.... remote is in my hand lol.

thanks, had something totally different in mind, was doing some panning, hence my funky settings, spotted a guy fishing, got multiple shots, but liked this one, even with the clipped head. I have a non clipped version as well, but it just looks dull from the angle.

No doubt Eriet's and David's images are top notch. Tied in my mind for clarity/processing/story/uniqueness but my
decision goes to Charlie's skateboarding fisherman because it closely matches the definition I posted at the beginning
alluding to spontaneity and subject unaware and though it could have been a set up shot I am hard pressed to tell.

So congratulations Charlies on yet another win! When you choose next weeks please don't choose
street photography ;)

Grats Charlie!

And MM I think hard challenges are great... we need to be pushed so it was a good one

Thank you Sir, was completely spontaneous, and he was eventually aware, just didnt care. Having a really small setup made me invisible somewhat (fe 35). He wasnt the only one, it was actually a very difficult topic to shoot strangers during daylight. I'll pick a topic, drawing blanks right now, too hungry for lunch.

'was completely spontaneous' that was what I was looking for but as David pointed out there are many genres of street photography, maybe we should reconsider it
again sometime down the road (get it :) and specify a genre within a genre.
I know I'm going back....didn't like it at first and quite a hump to get to any 'real' city but fun once I got over the man shooting me a bird.

hehe, lunch would be good, was seriously considering "food", but not sure it's challenging enough. Maybe next time.

Challenge will be "From Below", ideally shot from the underside of a person/object. Use your imagination
