Also commonly know as a Flickertail in some areas. This one photographed along the Missouri river in North Dakota.:-)

Good ones Terry, I may have caught a glimpse of one a couple of times near Mandan, not sure, didn't get a shot, they were too quick and caught me by surprise.

Thanks Steve. There used to be a lot of these guys around. Not so many these days. Was hoping he would give me a standing shot, but don't think he could compete with the high winds that day.:-)
