I'm using an older DTP94 puck which I'm not letting go of because it's still one of the best made.

However, software to drive it - like the original Monaco EZColor - is getting harder and harder to make it work on newer Windows OSs.

What software will work on Windows 7 64, Win 10?

you can buy i1DisplayPro which is way better ( classic test = https://www.drycreekphoto.com …rCalibrationHardware.html (external link) )...

as for the software = DisplayCAL gui frontend for Argyll is free = displaycal.net

but it can't naturally work with monitors that can be calibrated "in hardware" like NEC PA*, etc... for those you use OEM software (like SpectraView II) or BasiCColor Display (or it's NEC rebranded incarnation = SpectraView Profiler)... monitors from LG, Samsung, HP, etc typically use rebranded X-Rite software
