Hi chaps, sorry to poat this here but am unable to find a solution over on flickr - when i try and post on their user forum I get a message " You cannot post send message through mail system" but I never get through the FAQs to an actual place to send an email. Anyone any advice please ... or here's the proble:

I have, in error, created a new flickr account which I immediately deleted but when I sign into my original and very much preferred account and try and go to 'help' or whatever my account reverts to the new one and what I thought was the deleted account.

OLD account that I want to keep:

NEW account that I want to totally delete:

I HAVE deleted this account but it keeps coming back, I have cleared caches etc and am using Safari ... any help please ?

I've had issues like this, turns out that it's all about cookies and the account being linked to your email. I found that it was only there for me at home but if I tried to access the deleted one from a different computer on another network, it wasn't there. It was a while ago but I am pretty sure I purged my cookie file and it went away.

I just tried the link for the one you want to delete and got a 404 error, "Not Available".

If that helps at all.
