I'm no Photoshop expert by any stretch of the imagination, but just been playing around a bit.

I don't see halos around the body & the background shows through the canopy, so you've done a much better than average job for your first time! Keep it up!

I like the second one the best. The others remind me of a detailed model. Nice work on all of them, good attention to detail.
