CapnJack Cream of the Crop More info | Jul 05, 2016 17:56 | #3 You caught the action well, with the hair (fur?) flying. Face is in focus too, and you left him some space to run "into"

Jul 06, 2016 16:01 | #7 Nice color, love the expression and action. While typically i'd agree with @MalVeauX about getting down, I love that there's no ugly background... the grass is perfect and no distractions. Light L16: http://lightRumors.co

Jul 06, 2016 16:12 | #8 While I usually agree the rule of thirds is a good rule to go by, sometimes centering the subject works better IMO. The nature of a charge is centered by nature - the animal faces you directly with the body aligned straight at you. The centering enhances the body language, and I won't move her into a third. I'll play around with the crop but I pretty much like it like this with all the grass to give the sense that she's coming at me. Next time I'll remember to get lower, although then could introduce the edge of the yard into the frame. It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishments the scroll. I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

But remember there are vertical thirds as well. You can stay aligned straight, full charge feel but move her up to the top third mark to get a more dynamic feel. I come here for your expert opinion. Please do not hesitate to critique or edit.
