Morning everyone.
Just tried to print out some pictures for my parents from my trip to Edmonton Alberta. Now my printer is printing with a yellow cast to it and i am not sure why as my monitor is calibrated and they look fine on that.

Is the monitor calibrated to the printer?

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Also, are all pictures coming out yellow? Did you try printing a color test chart? Might be that one of the inks is low or some printer setting has changed.

Monitor is calibrated, but how did you set your white balance?
How long since you last calibrated your monitor? What type of display do you have, non-IPS displays can color shift if you look at it other than dead on warmer or cooler depending on the angle, so if you adjusted your seating position it may look good on your monitor and not actually be what the monitor is kicking out.
Printer profile and soft proofing?

I'm seeing a slight yellow and definite green cast on my calibrated monitor, if your printer does a little warm, and the image is a little warm to begin with it could make it look really warm.

Your picture looks fine here. Healthy warm skin tones. The slight green cast on the kids' skin I'd put down to the shadow of the tree.

Could be that you are double-profiling in the printing workflow. Make sure that color management is disabled in the printer driver if enabled in the program you are printing from.

I have traced it back to a plugged nossel on the printer that even with a deep cleaning on the printer program only works for a print or two the magenta on the printer head is plugged. Now i have to figure out how to clean it manually.

You'll find instructions for nozzle cleaning on this site:

http://www.printerknowledge.com/ (external link)

If your printer is a Canon, don't print anything larger than nozzle checks until the clog is cleared. You could burn the printhead due to lack of ink flow, which also cools the jetting elements.
