Harry that is a Gulf Fritillary. Their host plant for their larvae stage is passionflower vine, so if you know where any of those are, inspect them closely and you may be able to find the eggs or caterpillars, or best of all their chrysalis. I do not see them this soon in AR, but soon. Then in late Sep to early Oct, I see them migrating South.
