Help- Camera carry strap

I need recommendations for a carry strap that will take the fatigue off of my back when carrying and using camera with heavy lens.
Any help will be appreciated.

Peak Designs Capture Clip Pro. I used it with a 1D Mk3 and 50-500 Sigma Bigma for a 4 day event and loved it!

I used to use a blackrapid rapidstrap sport but it still hurt my back cause it's still hanging off your shoulder. Moving it to your belt makes SO much difference.

I agree with @urbanfreestyle, except i use a spiderholster (the pro version, not the black widow) for a pair of 1DX with 24/70 and 70/200

I just have the metal bits threaded on my belt all the time when i am at work (a heavy duty nylon belt by "the wilderness") instead of the supplied thick padded nylon belt.

Best way to stop sore shoulders is to get the weight off them though (second best is more use, getting them used to the load, but that wesrs your body out too)

Spider was one of my choices but the draw of the arca-swiss plate on the Capture clip and the bag sold it for me.

I find that the weight is more comfortable if I hang it on one shoulder instead around my neck.

I dont use a tripod enough for it to be an issue - the 70-200 wears an RC2 plate full time, and i keep a spare in my bag to put on whichever body i need.

Looking at adding the spider arca plate to both bodies and upgrading to an arca system though....

Op/Tech sling strap for me. Or in my case, the Canon CPS strap fitted with the sling strap adapter. Sits on my left shoulder, with the strap across my body and the camera hanging at my right hip.

Its comfortable and secure and has a safety strap connection. More so, check out the connection system, its similar to connector used in air hose for compressors, its lockable. Has not failed me yet. Unlike, the other connectors that can loosen up and drop your price belongings. Another I like about it is the base connector is Arca swiss compatible, one less plate under the camera.

I'll 3rd/4th the Peak Designs system. I use their Leash strap to carry a 7DII + 100-400 MkII all day long and it doesn't bother me in the slightest; plus, being able to go directly onto a tripod or into the shoulder clip without having to unscrew anything is priceless.

Spider Holster and hand strap work very well for me. Absolutely no neck pain, ever.

How heavy is your lens?

It's expensive, but it is also the best carry method I've found for my heavy lens.
It distributes the weight over both shoulders.
