digitlized contract signing

I am looking for a better way to handle signing of contract.

Ideally the client clicks on a secure link, which displays the contract, and the client signs it (using their phone or tablet) and the signed copy is emailed to both parties.

Any suggestions on how I can implement the above process online?

I'm in the same boat, looking for an easy solution. I found this link to have some real world advice you may find useful.

I don't know much about this or the costs to use it but I recently used a site called DocuSign.com for a real estate transaction. It was quite nice and easy to use.
