Canon 5d mkiii not recording both raw and jpeg to card

Not exceptionally hot weather, just 25C, but intermittently the camera is not recording the RAW file, just the JPEG.
I have the camera set to save both file formats to to both cards, and both cards have exactly the same files recorded.
Anyone else had this problem?
Do you think its a visit to the repair shop?

My other body has never done this and it is working at the same time in the same place.

Art least it got the JPEG written!
