EF 400mm f/2.8L IS MKI - Tripod Mount Arm - What are two thread sizes?

1/4-20 is the 'norm' and that is the back position on the mount. What is the size or the front mount? It is a larger screw and need to swap out my monopod screw size to the larger but need to know that thread size.

The two standard thread sizes for photographic tripods are 1/4-20 and 3/8-16.

3/8-16. Awesome thanks!

I can't seem to find any 'straight' 3/8-16 screws. Everything is an adapter.
