"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Thanks guys! Yes, it is missing the front leg on the front side and the third leg on the back side. You can see the stump :)

Lol. It just moved from California. The housing market there cost it an arm and a leg.
