Testing of the Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 VC

Just bought this lens a couple weeks ago and took it for a test at a wedding I shot last weekend.

It's a solid lens. Watch your highlights though.

Second one looks a little back focused. The letters on the truck are sharper than their eyes. Colors look good though. And yeah, his shirt is way blown out.

Thanks guys I feel the same way about the pics. These are just couple random I picked. I still have hundreds to go over. What are some of your tips for not getting the hot spots on the shirt ?

well shooting white dress/shirt in daylight like that I typically use a -2/3 exposure compensation with auto ISO. But I shoot AV or TV 90% of the time

This is a good solid lense. I have been using it for the past 3-4 years without any major issues. 6 year warranty is icing on the cake.

Photoshop is your friend.
