I haven't seen my most like list in my profile page not update in the last week or so. I have a post that has 20 likes, but the top item in that most likes list shows an old reply that has much fewer than that.

Perhaps I just don't understand how that list is supposed to work?

Cary, that's a bug. My likes have not been listed on my homepage since last January, even though they are being registered as the count does go up. I reported it here: https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1451106
Hopefully it will be fixed in the new version.
