After being gone for a week on business I came home and pulled a few files off my Drobo like normal.

Shut it down and installed an mSata drive to hypercache it and rebooted.

I can no longer connect to the drobo via my quick access links or by using \\Drobo5N\(shared folder). I can't use the IP of the drobo either.

I've been talking w/ drobocare and had to buy a support ticket since I'm out of warranty. They had me manually reflash my drobo firmware and that didn't help either. I updated my router firmware, still no luck.

I've made sure the drobo seen in my routerconfig has the highest priority and still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas, everything is stored there and I'm stuck.

Looks like we got it sorted....

Somehow the permissions file on the drobo was corrupted. Reset the login/pass to the default and rebooted, now I can access everything. Blood pressure back to normal.
