Lighthouse which was to be a pumping station which was to be a lodge. Found on the shore of Lake Matamuskeet in eastern North Carolina.
Of course I was hoping for a Milky Way behind it but each night I was in this area it was cloudy :(

Very nice photo I really like th light house. On my screen there is something a little odd with the tree on the left.

Flyfisher, do you know to click to Flickr, once there diagonal arrows upper right to blow up the image, after clicking the diagonal arrows again click in the middle of the image for even larger image.
Also behind the trees to the left was a very very bright street light.
