I was visiting the sea lion caves south of Yachats near with family when I happened to view the Heceta Head lighthouse through the fog rolling in from the ocean. It did clear up somewhat but the fog framed the lighthouse in interesting ways. I had my 7D2/100-400 II/1.4X with me to photograph the sea lions, so I had to make do! :)

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.
