Printing Layout

I presently use LR to layout different photo sizes on a sheet or a roll making use of the paper. I would like to move to Capture One but it does not have this capability only you can print just one image wasting paper since you cant print an 16x20 and 2 5x7's across the sheet.

Now unless I am wrong about Capture One what other programs out there allow multiple sizes on a sheet or roll?

If LR works for you, why not keep using it? If you like the output of CaptureOne, heck, bring it back into Lightroom and do the print!

An afterthought.

If all you need is page layouting (you do all the settings in the printer driver, which also does the color management and all images are printed equally), then you can perhaps resolve the issue with the great free FastStone Image Viewer. Select all the images that should go into one print, then Alt-P.
