Approximate age of Body: I've owned it for almost 2 years. It was about a year old when I purchased it off at Canon Facebook Group.
Body Condition: 9.8/10
Number of Shutter actuations: I do not know, it was advertised to me that it had around 3k and I've put another 3-5k on it. This past spring the camera had a CPU board issue and was sent to Canon for repair that cost me nearly 500 dollars. The electronics were replaced and the camera was cleaned/serviced.
Sale Includes: 3rd Party Grip, Camera, Cap, 2 Batteries, Original Box (without Kit Lens), paperwork, strap. Any cables or things I can find.

Reason for selling: I wanted to try out the FF experience, and I loved every second of it. I had plans to a lot of photos of my daughter when she was born. I do take some, but with our busy lifestyle the camera phones seem to work just as good for that. Most of my photography requests are coming from sports so I think a 7D would suite me better. I should still be able to do portraits with the 7D series.
