+1 for Rode Videomic. For whatever reason, Canon's built in Mic picks up a LOT of noise, much more than other manufacturers, to the point that you really should use an external mic.

what do you guys think of the TAKSUN version? it's only 21 bucks, and supposedly it's equivalent to the Rode. I'm not sure how often im going to use it, so I don't mind going for a little more value...

sorry, i meant in regular viewfinder view. So what im trying to do is to find a way to quickly change from spot AF, to zone( auto) AF, without having to go through all the modes inbetween, if im not careful and since the AF selection only goes forward for me, I can accidentally skip the one I want, and then have to cycle through all the modes again.

You can program AF On to work with your selected AF point, and set for example * button to AF with another AF zone setting, all AF points, center group, etc.

got my 5D4 back today and all my lenses, need to do more thorough testing but quick test with all my lenses at the store seems like everything is ok now with the different focus points

sploo: unfortunately the paperwork i got back from canon didn't say anything at all as to what they did apart from the standard and vague "performed lens best focus adjustment, checked operation" so you may have to go with the info i provided few posts back that i got straight from the team leader during my call with him

Best buy was where I got mine when the big NYC camera stores were all sold out.. Getting your hands on it is very convincing.

That's where I got mine too, with a free BG-E20 grip even! Lol

It might even be enough to get me past my total disdain for Best Buy. Assuming its an OEM grip, of course.

Not a huge fan of BB either. I tend to only window shop there on occasion. In this case, the window broke!

A free grip? Do tell. If i could get that and use the 10% off code I have on the deal, I might consider.
