Have you ever seen this symbol on your Lightroom icon?

This is a Win 7 PC. I have LR pinned to the task bar at the bottom of the screen. I've been using LR for more than 7 years, suddenly today this shield symbol shows up superimposed on the LR icon. LR works as it always did, no warnings, nothing out of the ordinary. All files are synced, no question marks. I have no idea what this means, do any of you?

Well, that explains it but I can't do anything about it. This is a locked down corporate PC, I can't change any of the settings. But if it only gives me an error message when I open it then it's not a big deal, I usually leave LR running in the background all the time. Thanks for helping me out.
