.
I checked out the Displate website. I don't really see anything different about their business model than that of any of the other sites that have been established for a long time. They seem to be just another "print sale on commission" site like RedBubble or Fine Art America.
The important thing with sites like this is to realize that no one is going to "just happen to find your work" because it's online. It doesn't work that way. The way that you make sales on these types of sites is to aggressively market your work to contacts that you already have, and then when they want to order prints you direct them to the Displate site. In other words, don't think of Displate as a site that will market your stuff for you or find sales for you. Rather, think of them the same way you think of WHCC or Bay Photo or AdoramaPix - a print order fulfillment center. The only difference is the way the money gets to you.
I have had a good deal of success selling this way on Fine Art America. They are much more well-established than Displate, and they seem to offer a much more diverse array of print products, so maybe they would be a better option for you??? Of course if you have time you can upload your stuff to all of the sites.........but that won't get you any more sales.

OK...I don't want to create a website or travel the Art Show circuit, and want to retain copyright.
I will upload images and they take care of all sales...who's out there?
What do you mean by "Who's out there"?
.
"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
