The PC sync socket on one of my 580EXII speedlight seems to be dead. Can anyone recommend a good replacement that's economical? I will be using it strictly for off camera flash with triggers. ETTL is required, HSS is very nice but not mandatory. Don't need to be able to use an external battery pack with this. Swivel head and tilt is a must.

Thanks!

There are TTL triggers that work with the 580EXII in their hotshoe.
That's the first, best option for off camera.
Not sure how you got TTL to work via the PC sync sock on the 580.

I didn't but I use 2 types of triggers depending on the location and environment (weather) I'm in. Cybersyncs mostly but use Phottix when I need HHS. Thanks!!
