Cute! I'd suggest cloning out the black speck on her nose (unless it's a birthmark) and the two stray hairs on the top of her forehead.
I think her skin looks too smooth. If you did skin-smoothing, I'd suggest backing off on it a bit.

I like the pose...maybe more DOF to bring the right eye into focus.
