Leitz 65mm 3.5 Elmar with bellows

A good friend of mine gave me this. It was his fathers.

It's a bellows for macro work and a 65mm lens but the cameras were digital Leica Ms. They fit onto the bellows. They attach onto the area that is in the far left side of the frame. But it is amazing at how sharp this old lens is.
