I'm learning light room and I think my laptop monitor is off. I'm getting frustrated.. Does this pic look natural?
The baby has a skin condition and I tried to hide it.

She's a cutie!
In #1 there is too much blanket and it would be nice to put some catchlights in her eyes. I'd crop to horizontal and brighten her eyes a bit.
#2 nice job.
In #3, baby is not happy. There is too much squeezing going on. Next time keep the lower supporting hand horizontal and fingers away from the front of diapers and the upper support on her backside.

The middle one is under exposed imo

Babys are hard to get a good expression out of. The last one you need to toy around with more for the skin tone. Try playing about with the color in lightroom. I forget whats its called but each color has a slider for it so you can desaturate reds and change luminance

The two on the pink blanket are good. The one on her tummy is the better one in my opinion. If you're playing around in post-processing, try bumping up the exposure and desaturating a bit. This might look good as a high key shot. It could look angelic. She is bathed in pink so there's no contrasting color.

I don't care for the flash shot. It's too harsh. You need a balancing light source camera left.

Neonate photography is difficult. You have to wait for the moment and be willing to spend a lot of time waiting. You shots are better than those that show the little one sleeping.

How do I get that angelic look to baby images?
