Other then basic color correction and crop we do not do any additional editing, unless its on one of the images of just the bride and groom even then we stay away from doing to much retouching because it becomes expected for every photo. We do make this a very clear point to all our clients several times and it is in our contract. I do tell all our brides that if they want to print a wall hanging image to let me know which image they plan to use and I will go back in and do any additional editing they would like to have done. I have yet to have anyone come back and request additional editing.
If we screw up I might go deeper into the editing. For example I took a group photo (about 30 people) used rabid fire and took 3-5 shots with each count down, so in total about 15 images of this one group. I was set up on a tripod and ended up with only 1 image where the father of the bride had his eyes open and that image had several other people with eyes closed, so I ended up having to do a head swap, I put that on me because I told the bride I had gotten a good image with everyone smiling and eyes open, and well I didn't so I fixed it.
Shiny skin in shiny skin I dont do anything to fix it, some people are just shiny like that, especially at outdoor weddings in the summer.
