Canon is giving us the opportunity to pay $99.00 to upgrade the video firmware on the 5D4, and apparently will be raising the price of new units accordingly.. ?!?!?

https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=18333489

I'm lost on the benefit to doing so... is it allegedly going to help in post for color correction? I'm not even there yet... and $99, what a punch in the face. Once Sony makes a 500mm F4 I may defect.

Maybe the heatsink is the same, it's $99.00 to upgrade to "Arctic silver" paste, like with a custom PC build.

I JUST bought that stuff, only $7 and it immediately got the fan to shut up on my 5 year old dell while doing the 5dmkiv raw files in LR (thing would kick in to afterburner mode!)

I feel more n more punched in the face by Canon

When Canon released the 5D4 without C-Log people cried, and some said they would have been willing to pay a bit more to have that feature. They still brought the camera anyway.
Now Canon are offing a new pro feature, for what costs less than a half decent camera bag or filter, people are crying that its not free.

Strange world.

Very nice. Is that a 40th Ann. edition? REd brakes and that blue paint look great!

Just crack the headlights and bake. It's nerve wracking, but totally worth it :) Just kidding, if I had to do it again I'd have it professionally done. Did the 370's come with darker headlights at any point?

How are you liking the Q50? I looked hard at one of those, the S version (I think it was called).

I like it a lot, there is two S versions now one is the "silver sport" and has 300hp and the other one is the "red sport" and it has 400hp. I work for Infiniti so I am a little bias but I have driven many other cars and still really like the Q50

Yes the Nismo starting in 2015 gets the darker headlights. They went to red brake calipers in 2013+. Love the blue, but you have to love keeping it clean...it's an unhealthy obsession.
