Managed to grimace through the broken wrist pain and go out today with the 5DIV, albeit with the lighter 24-70 f4L IS lens attached rather than the 100-400, which is still far too heavy for me to manage. The light was poor, it was drizzling and the photos are nothing special, but it was just nice to have the 5DIV in my (painful) hands again.
