Anyone have some examples how this camera handles focusing on fast moving subjects? Sports preferably.

Not screaming, terrified, like his passengers.

It's simple to search the Sports photo-sharing forum on just EXIF data.

I did a quick search for just the 5D IV, but you can also include ISO values, shutter speed, etc.

Thank you! I did not realize you could get that specific with the search.

My attempt from the Angeles National Forest, a few miles out of town. Skies were so so, as was my attempt. I would have loved to have spent another hour setting up more carefully, but I was rushed for time and only got to shoot light frames. 5 shots in total, 2 seconds each, for a total of 10 seconds of exposure.

5D4, 70-200 II at 200mm, 1600 ISO on a tripod. In hindsight, I should have used shutter delay, as I lost some frames due to camera shake.

Well atleast you got the 2 tails! It never occurred to me to just do multiple shots and combine them (I'm still "new" here!) haha.

Nice work!!!

Yep, you can go to town with the search as it applies to image EXIF data.

You're going to find that there's a colossally large number of sports-shooters
using a 5DIV who love nearly everything about the camera, especially as
it compares to the 1D-series. It's got nearly everything the 1D has.
It's also excellent for shooting birds in flight, as I've seen,
and that often goes further than sports-shooting requires.

While I don't shoot birds and sports, I think you'll find the 5DIV to be
far more than a capable camera, as I have.

Here's an Auto-ISO image, taken when I didn't know it was set to Auto-ISO(recorded @12800 ISO):

3 unexpected visitors walking through the yard. The roadway behind them is distracting but what could I do!!
Edit: I should have sat my butt down onto the ground.
