I couldn't tell whether these manic Rainbow Lorikeets were fighting, courting or feeding young but lots of them were interacting like this while feeding on casuarina seed just after sunset on the Cairns foreshore.

You really did a great job here, Pippan...very appealing! Working under such limited lighting, and shooting at such a high ISO, I'm amazed at how attractive this shot is.
