Pacific Gull

These are bigger than the normal Sea Gull and I think much better looking.
As these birds age their feathers go from a mottled brown to the white plumage.
Even the eye colour goes from a dull brownish colour to what it is in these shots.
Found this sitting sitting on the top of the light only because we only just missed getting hit when it dropped it load.
Looked up and seen it.
