I have a calibrated monitor and every application is set up to use calibration.

Yet lately, every now and then it would take a random photo and show it in a completely screwed up way.

Please take a look at this (ignore the goofy face my daughter's making)

I have other photos from the same day, similar lighting conditions, all processed in a similar way.

That one shows oversaturated reds after being exported. All other look fine.

Any idea why this could be happening ?

Looks ok on my end.

Did you mean "OK" ?

I wonder if my monitor may be saying "goodbye" to me then...

Looks faithful to the shadow lighting on my monitor (adjusted for printer), although I prefer them slightly warmer than real.

If it were mine I would use a tiny amount of yellow filter in order to reduce the blue channel by just a little, so IMO it is a little bit cool, but certainly not "completely screwed up" and not over-saturated.

I would agree with Elie - Looks a little bit 'cool', but this is down to personal taste and the lighting at the time it was shot. It looks as if it was taken in the shade with warmer colours behind in the sunshine?
