Does this look cooked?

I would pull back on the red saturation a bit. If you go to the saturation tool, you should be able to select the Red or Magenta as the basis, and then slightly bring back the sliders. It seems to have a boost in that color at least on my monitor. Could be my monitor though, I haven't calibrated it in a very long time.

Going by the little girls lower legs, I would say "yes", but overall I'd say that it looks pretty good.

I'd say it's not overcooked, but wouldn't it be great if you had a better angle to capture the girls' faces.

Highlights in the girl's skirt and on the woman's hip are pretty blown and there's some pretty hefty bloom from that on her, as well as some pretty harsh CA going on in that spot. The rest of the image looks fine, though; maybe spending a little bit of PP time on taming that bright spot there to lessen its impact would give you a little more pleasing result.
