My 200 F2 requires a +13 on my camera. I set it and now I shoot. Who cares. That's what it's there for and mine is a 4,600 dollar lens.

I just found my lens to be severely back focus. I had to make -20 on my Canon 6D.

I did in camera mfa. It fixes it. I thought it's my inexperienced shooting this wide and start using back button focus.

Unless a financial miracle happens, it will be a while before I can purchase this lens even if I sell my Canon 100L, please post some more pics to help ease (or enhance) my longing until my time comes.

I asked the wife to sit still for a moment, hope to have the time for a planned shoot soon (was shooting other stuff beforehand, didn't move the shutter up unfortunately).

One thing in favor of the 85mm focal length vs 135mm, is that you can get away with using a lot slower shutter speeds (hand held). If I dip below 1/200 with my 135mm chances are I will not have a critically sharp image.

Agreed.

1/160 is my norm for 85 and 1/200 for the 135.

The "rumored" canon 85 1.4 IS would be nice because I could drop it to 1/40-1/60 no problems.

I have actually hand held my 135 at 1/60 and got sharp results. I don't recommend it and I try not to shoot like that. It was dark and I had pushed my ISO and aperture as much as I could (no lights or tripod with me) but the shots turned out nice. I have a pretty steady hand right now.

pretty fun lens to use, nice fast af and sharp lens, here's a motion photo, not the greatest representation of the bokeh

Nice Shot! Hand held? You must have been 50 feet away. I can only see one light. What else?

Yep I always shoot handhold or rarely use a tripod these days. About 15 feet away if I recall correctly. Lit by a 7' Westcott parabolic socked and feathered left of model about 6 feet out.

Not the best representative of the bokeh. I'd say for my uses its better as a 3/4 body shot vs full body like the 200L

No reason you couldn't of used 1.4 then.
