I've got an assignment to shoot a small factory that produce some material that is used in surgery. I'll be working in a clean environment and request is that all my gear (cameras, lenses, lights stands, flashes, etc) must be properly disinfect before I bring it into the clean zone.
Did anyone had similar experience or request, what did you use to clean your gear. I know there's a lot of different products for disinfection but I'm not sure if some of those products will damage my gear.
Any advice is appreciate.

They are the people that specialize in this situation, ask them to take care of it for you.

If their products are surgical, they will have to certify their sanitation and wouldn't risk relying on you saying that you & your gear is satisfactorily clean.

While I agree with the above, make sure that whatever process they recommend (which will have to be done on site) will not hurt your equipment. Some processes involve heat. Others use gas that's quite poisonous to us. Just be sure that your equipment won't be damaged or give up the job.

Consider sterilizing a housing for the camera instead.

[EDIT: I might autoclave a plastic bag and filter, but not my camera.]

Thank you all for advice, but I feel that I need to clarify something. It's not required that my gear is sterile just clean and disinfect. Their products, obviously are sterilized before they are applied in hospitals.

to shoot a small factory that produce some material that is used in surgery

The folks that produce this material, what do they wear during production/are they sterile outfits (caps/gowns/gloves)?

I have a history of working in OR's... and they are not "clean" places...the only thing sterile is what touches the patient after the prep.
Reusable items are subject to the hospital's gas sterilizer, otherwise, they come sterilized and packaged from the manufacture.

My suggestion is that you would don the proper gear/as Frank suggested, UV your gear/use one of their employees arrange the subjects
as you need while you arrange the gear set-up. It ain't rocket science.

If you can get specific instructions that you can pass on to us, we can help you figure out how to do what's needed (or whether or not it's even possible to meet the specs).

Instructions were very simple - all gear must be cleaned and disinfect, not sterile.
I'll photograph a production and assembly line, which are not sterile but clean. After the products are made, they goes to sterilization and packaging in sterile room which I'll photograph trough the glass, yes I know... It will sucks but that's how it works.

What did they say when you asked them how your equipment should be cleaned and disinfected?

You did ask them, didn't you?

Well I asked them and they they said, -well we dont know what you should use or use whatever you think it will make your gear clean and disinfect.
They have no knowledge about photo gear so obviously I had to ask here.

will make your gear clean and disinfect.

You need to find out what that means from their point of view.

Based on what you've said here, they've left it up to your judgment. It also sounds as if they're being coy because they don't know the tolerances of your equipment. I would try to find out what they specifically use to clean equipment in their facility and determine whether or not that's safe for your camera. It would seem that whatever hospitals use to wipe down electronic equipment in ORs should suffice.

I agree. There's a big difference between "clean" as in micro-particles vs. "clean" as in sterile.
