Thanks teekay, unexpected...

Great shots everyone, a really strong showing this week.

Love the B&W overhead airfrogusmc, this is the type of image that I strive for (so far without success)

The tilt/shift is a great shot M_Six, and you're right much easier to do now. I can't imagine what you would have had to do to achieve the effect in post back then.

I love the expressions on the sheep Tom, like they're surprised that you're taking their shot, and I didn't even notice the flagman until teekay pointed him out.

New comp up here: https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1468402

Cheers!

Sorry teekay, i forgot to answer your question.

The image was taken at Lynn Canyon in North Vancouver. I was lucky as it was drizzling rain and there were no tourists around. I propped my tripod so that it leaned over the railing and used my foot to keep it in place, then I held my breath and kept as still as I could.

I know it well! Used to live in Lynn Valley. Been swimming and even scuba diving in that creek.

.

Thanks for running the challenge, Teekay - your work, insights, and promptness are appreciated.

Great stuff, everyone!

Congrats, Darkslinger!

Allen - that image is phenomenal! Absolutely immaculate in every way possible - love it!

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Fantastic shots everyone, my wife was laughing at me very early on in this challenge.

Darkslinger, what was the name of that 'cough syrup'? ߘ

Congratulations darkslinger. Great shots everyone. And thank you, teekay, for great job hosting this challenge. The fact that you take the time to comment on each entry is especially appreciated. Job well done, everyone.
