Hermit & Swainson's Thrushes

Hermit Thrushes appear to be moving through now; the Swainson's moved through earlier in September.

They are fantastic shots to add in your catalog. Your work is always top notch.

Here, you've even caught the Hermit bobbing his rump. Very nice.

Thank you, Greg; I appreciate your taking the time to comment. I think I once got a shot of hermit with his tail cocked, but it was a somewhat distant shot. It's interesting how some birds do that and it can really be an aid to an ID; I can spot a Northern Waterthrush at quite a distance because of that.
