Does anyone how to configure the 5d3 to write video files to both CF and SD cards? The option to write to both cards only works for images. I would like to write video to both cards, just in case. Currently the camera only write video to the CF card if I have both cards in.

I don't think it is possible nor do I think you would want to do it. The SD BUS on the 5D3 is significantly slower than the CF and would create a significant bottleneck for video. I imagine that's why the option doesn't exist.
