The option to write to both cards only works for images. I would like to write video to both cards, just in case. Currently the camera only write video to the CF card if I have both cards in.

The SD BUS on the 5D3 is significantly slower than the CF and would create a significant bottleneck for video. I imagine that's why the option doesn't exist. Sometimes not taking a photograph can be as problematic as taking one. - Alex Webb
