Great shots!

I'd offer this one suggestion from experience: Be sure to also get some portraits of your wife that do not put the focus on her belly.

You may already have this covered but I didn't.

thank you for suggestions ! these photos were taken literally 4 days before delivery. we did not have time for more photos. I am just glad we made it up and down the mountains without delivering in the woods :)
