Has anyone needed to do a wet-clean of their sensor yet? I'm pretty sure mine is due one...

The most I ever stop down to on my M5 would probably be f/8 so I don't have a clue if mine needs cleaning.

When I think about it I stopped down to f/22 the other day and saw some spots, can't remember which lens now. Just got rid of them in Lr6.

must say I'd had the shutterspeed very slow (taking shots of cyclists just prior) so aperture was a bit excessive...

speaking of odd, I took the below photo earlier that day (a street in Hastings - no idea which one) that on having a closer look, seems to have a very German-looking emblem on it.

THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff.

is that really a swastika in the emblem or am I just seeing things?

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

No I see it too! Where in Hastings ... I go have a look tomorrow and see if there's more. Maybe the meters have German made ...

I hope you're printing these! (esp the first one, although you might want to try cropping a wee bit off the top?

I hadn't really thought of it, but yes I think I might. And I see what you mean about cropping a bit off the top ... put more emphasis on the clouds.

What a strange summer - it's mild but steady rain last two days much of the time. Fortunately cleared a bit to walk the dog. The EF-M 55 -200 really is value for money in my eyes.
