If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

I do have the hard case, strap, extra lens foot (small size), and factory Canon lens cap (as you can see, I prefer the Don Zeck). These items are not shown...yet!

I could not find the key for the hard case so I bought a replacement, which arrived the other day.

An unedited shot with the lens and a Canon 7D II. Shot at f/4.5, 1/4000", ISO 800 (handheld). Only saved as a JPEG from the unedited RAW.

If only this was the first version and I'm in Cleveland too, GLWS.

Edit- Yeah I'm only looking for the first version, I don't have the money to put towards the 2nd version but I did demo this beast and it's amazing.

2nd version is better in every way. Lighter, better IS and better optics. Of course, by no means is the first one a slouch!

except price ;)
My bet is that aviator was talking about that.

Gorgeous lens. At this price I think I would be all over this.

Haha, good point, Jake! The 500 ver1 has got to be one of the great deals now.

Buy with confidence! I bought Jarod's 300 IS II a month or two ago and he was a pleasure to deal with.

Thanks, itw!

I just had a buyer agree to cut me a check, so the lens is now pending payment :)
