Hockey season already....didn't have much of a chance to post last year, so I'll be making up for it this year.
Shooting at the United Center isn't as great as it would seem. The lights in the building are 20+ years old, and the arena is still fighting with TV to get the lighting changed to LED. TV is fighting because they would need to get all new equipment, etc., but everyone else wants LED. Possibility it will be changed in the offseason, but for now we have to deal with this. Unfortunately, I don't have lights to use here.
A mix of vets and rookies, as always in preseason games, made for a good shoot. Was shooting on the defending blue line through all three periods, so mostly transition and defensemen shots. Everything shot with 1DX+70-200 2.8mk2 @ 1/1000, 3.2 2500 ISO in RAW. Enjoy!
