As a test I tried to embed a new gif and got the message "EMBED PREVENTED, GIFS ARE NOT RENDERED INLINE when post is by a member with less than 30 posts)". Pretty sure I'm over 30 posts by now...

Anyway, I think I've fixed it. I turned off the CloudFlare proxy/CDN and verified it worked when the request was made directly against my server. I opened up my firewall so it allowed requests from anywhere, not just the CDN. I verified hotlink protection allowed POTN as a valid referrer. I set up the right URL, which now need to be https://www (external link) instead of http://mrwild (external link). I then went through the steps backwards, turned CloudFlare on, and I think it works.

Can everyone see the pictures in the thread now?!
