I had some issues with the camera rendering a slightly overexposed vertical bar on the right side of images. This happens below 1/1000th shutter speed... Sent into CPS, and it turns out it needs a new sensor, for the price of roughly $1300. As market value of this camera can't justify that repair, I thought I would see if I could sell it for parts. Maybe someone has a broken shutter, and needs one that is operational, or a similar story with other parts.

Once again... The sensor has issues under 1/1000th and all CPS paperwork will be included.
The batteries and charger are at least worth something. If no one bites on the broken camera, then I'll look into selling those separately.

If anyone has any advice/ideas for a cheaper repair option I'm also all ears!

Is the camera otherwise functioning ok, i.e. are shutter speeds above 1/1000 fine? Is 1/1000 itself ok? How is the charge on the LP-E4 that is included?

What about sample images showing the issue?
