Emoticon/smiley wishlist

If we suggest new emoticons and smileys, any chance that they may be incorporated? Three that I think would be useful:

What is the copyright of those? What we have now are entirely own production.

I also do not know if animated smileys are really good choice for us

Animated = poor choice for this laptop, which heats up too easily.

Those are just what we're readily on the web. I could design originals for us, too. I used to design animated gifs, but I don't need anination. Just want the signage.
