Canon 100-400f4 f5.6 IS L lens $(500)

I have a Canon 100-400f4 f5.6 IS L lens for $(500), condition is cosmetic wise a 9, it does have some dust and an off brand collar but functions beautifully No issues what so ever. Also I have no box for it, and no pouch. if you look at pics youll see a picture of a 100-400 with a yellow line to show a plastic ring which this one does not have. functions like normal is just not there. Price reflects this

So dust on the lens and a rubber band missing - correct?

its dust inside as all push pull lens will get, theres a utube video on how to remove but it doesn't affect the images, as far as a rubber band not sure if that would actually describe it, look at pics again, it does not affect the images.
