Minimal use. Comes with 6 weights, but Ive slways been able to work it with just 2. Also comes with manfrotto QR plate and adapter. Works perfect with Manfrotto video heads. Refer to my other sale. (manfrotto 502) heads. $260 shipped

looks like that quick release goes with the 502AH video head that I bought from you, but that didn't ship with a head.
