This looks like a pretty solid laptop for photo editing. $2k.

It has a 17.3 inch UHD (3840 x 2160) IGZO IPS Anti-Glare 400-nits Display, 32 GB memory,
256 GB SSD, 1TB 7200 rpm HD, among other features.

I believe the display is 100% sRGB, but I still have to confirm that.

(it's the one on the far right, a direct link to it doesn't work)

Any opinions?

I wish there was a way to search by resolution. Alienware has a reputation for being overpriced but it is hard to tell if I can't find any other 4K screens.

That being said, this really doesn't look like all of that bad a price. You know this thing will be massive? If you're looking for portability and traveling with, this isn't the laptop to have. If your looking for small space living and something that isn't a full sized PC for space contraints, this'll be fine and more than adequate.

Dell is selling this series of Alienware laptops, and their 'new' Alienwares. The new series offers VR features for gamers (which I'm not interested in).
I think that's why this 'old' version has a reasonable price.

I had a 17" laptop before, so I know how large & heavy they can be.
